A SUMMER OF GREAT EVENTS AT THE STARWOOD HOTELS IN COSTA SMERALDA
Cala di Volpe, Cervo, Pitrizza and Romazzino hotels, managed by Starwood Hotels & Resorts,present an entertaining calendar that will animate the Costa Smeraldauntil the end of September.
On the 30th of July the spotlight will be on Leona Lewis. The British singer who has achieved worldwide success, reaching number one position in 34countries, with her hit "Bleeding Love". Her debut album “Spirit” has sold, todate, over 6 and a half million copies, making it one of the most impressivedebut albums of all time. She continued to achieve remarkable success thanksto the publication of her second studio album, “Echo” and “I See You” forAvatar, the most seen movie in history.
On the 12th of August the Cala di Volpe stage will welcome Mika. An award-winningEnglish singer and songwriter of vibrant music. His first single"Grace Kelly" was an outstanding success, followed shortly by the debutalbum "Life in Cartoon Motion," which has sold over six million copies, thanks to singles such as "Relax (Take it Easy)” and "Love Today". His secondalbum "The Boy Who Knew Too Much “transformed him into pop music’snewest star: "We Are Golden," "Blame It on the Girls" and "Rain" are just, some of the songs which will make the Costa Smeralda public dance.
On both occasions a luscious Mediterranean buffet, with regional and international cuisine made by the chefs Francesco Guardone and Antonio Vallana, will be the prelude to the show.
Michelin chefsin Costa Smeralda. The stars of Italian cuisine, who are part of Chic (Charming Italian Chef), willbe alternating every Thursday in July and August at the Cala di Volpe, Cervo, Pitrizza and Romazzino restaurants.Their personalities will be expressed through their creative signature dishes made using only the best Italian products.

July 14: Pitrizza Hotel, Mauro Elli from IlCantuccio Restaurant (Albavilla- Como)
July 21: Il Pescatore Reastaurant, Nicola Cavallaro from Al San Cristoforo Restaurant (Milan)
July 28: La Pergola Restaurant, Umberto Gorizia from Il Colombaio Restaurant (Casole D’Elsa- SI)
The Midsummer Gala.On the 15th of August the prestigious Romazzino and Pitrizza hotelswill host their traditional gala dinner,with a live performancefrom a captivating cover band. This special evening will be concluded with a magical firework display.
Porto Cervo Food Festival. On September 24thand25ththe third edition of the Porto Cervo Food Festival will take place. End your summer by tasting Sardinian and national culinary excellence prepared by top Italian chefs.
